Holy delicious!

So it’s a beautiful, slightly chilly, Sunday and I just spent all day baking and cooking. I usually have no less than 7 children running through my house on the weekends so the homemade banana bread and brownies are a must. Their precious little faces all light up when the oven opens and fresh baked goodies appear before their eyes! There is nothing better than feeding children something they love to eat! Makes my heart happy! My mom always baked daily! I have longed to be just like her but she was a stay at home mom, and I’m a working mom- so I can only pull off weekends and occasional weekday morning goodies! I’m cool with that (well- sort of- my mom was amazing and I think she had super powers!! I want super powers.).

For dinner, I decided to try out a new recipe from a now favorite cookbook I just bought.  The recipes are lovely and I so enjoyed reading through it to determine what my first one would be. I could barely decide, but I finally honed in on the Beef Ragu with Pappardelle.

I’m telling you this recipe is phenomenal! Here is what my final product looked like at plating:

The dollop of ricotta on top was such a perfect ending🙃

I highly recommend trying this.
