Summer grilling

Decided to grill up some veggies last night and they turned out excellent.

Chop up fresh and organic:

-Red, green and yellow bell peppers

– zucchini

– yellow squash

– pineapple

– red onion

– fancy small potatoes (purple, white, red)

– sprinkle some fresh rosemary and garlic on top

Put all the chopped veggies in a large bowl and drizzle with:

– 1/2 cup fresh organic olive oil mixed with 3 tablespoons (or to your liking) of Weber Roasted Garlic & Herb seasoning

Use your hands and mix the heck out of it until each bite of veggie is well covered in the yummy oil mixture.

– pour veggies into foil and place on top rack of grill for 20-30 minutes – flip once.

Then eat ‘ em up!!!
