My Fresh Starts Breakfast

This was my ‘fresh starts breakfast’ today. This mighty little combo always makes me feel healthy and powerful, and did a good job prepping my body for the HIIT workout today. (Ow!, but getting a little easier ).

So- if you want a power packed mind, body, spirit- try to have this breakfast at least a few times a week!

❤️ 1 Slice Hearty, very multi-grained toast (skip the butter, friends- the avocado will give you all the good fat you need)

❤️ 1/4- 1/2 avocado 🥑 sliced or mashed and spread on toast.

❤️ 1-2 eggs 🍳 however you most prefer, placed right on top. Hard boiled and sliced can be quite nice as well. I just prefer mine over easy somedays.

❤️ I put a very thin and 1/2 slice of cheese on mine today. You can see it sticking out on the top corner of my pic so I was’t about to omit it from my post here 😎 Should probably skip the cheese, but I don’t believe in deprivation, only moderation- so I added a little for the ‘spirit’ part..: or otherwise, so I didn’t throw a temper tantrum! 😑

Grab a large, cold glass of water- in an actual glass cup, please… so that we can all start to reduce our plastic dependency. ❤️
